This workshop will dispel a lot of the myths associated with meditation. You'll leave with an approachable plan and all the skills you need to incorporate a meditation practice into your day-to-day life and what's more, you'll actually enjoy the process and results.
Please bring a notebook or journal. Dress comfortably, we will begin with gentle yoga. Then we will dive into the science behind meditation and the benefits including reduction in pain, improved concentration, increased energy, and better stress management.
Sam Megraw has studied meditation techniques from Jason Crandall, Stephanie Snyder, and Lisa Ash Drackert. This workshop offers an approachable solution to those who may be intimidated by starting the practice, anyone who has a hard time committing to a daily practice, or anyone looking to renew their inspiration for this form of self-care.
