This workshop breaks down foundational arm balances taught in level 2-3 classes. You will learn to build structure, strength and stamina in poses like bakasana (crow) and eka pada koundinyasana. We'll begin with a warm-up, structured lecture and move into play time before a relaxing savasana! This will be a challenging, in-depth look at taking flight, yoga experience is necessary, mastery of handstand is not!
