Sam Megraw is presenting an introduction to the Prana Vayus. Prana in yoga means Life-force or breath. Vayus translates as winds. The Hatha Yoga Pradipika tells us there are 5 inner winds of prana or energy in the body. Harnessing these winds creates greater awareness in the subtle body as well as offering a way to turn inward (similar to the chakra system).
Bring a pen, notebook, and water. This practice will offer you a chance for reflection, a glimpse into the subtle body and an opportunity to move more skillfully in your physical practice!
